  • Will this charge my device even with my case on?

    Our wireless charging devices have been tested with many cases. The maximum sensing distance of through-case charging on this product is 5mm, therefore this should be suitable for most cases. The only type of case where we found any issues are cases with metallic backs that interfere with the transfer of power.


    In case you have a metallic case, please remove your case first to ensure proper operation.

  • What devices is this dock compatible with?

    Devices with Qi Wireless Charging 2.0, 3.0, or Samsung Wireless Charging certifications are compatible with the Titan 3-in-1 Wireless Charging Dock. The list of devices includes, but is not limited to:


    - iPhone 8 and up

    - Samsung Galaxy S8 and up

    - LG G7 / V30+ / ThinQ Q70

    - Apple Watch 1 /2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7

    - AirPods Series

    - Titan Buds

  • How does the warranty work?

    We have so much confidence in our chargers' durability that we offer a lifetime warranty and 60-day warranty on all other products. This means that if anything happens, we'll send you a brand new charger, free of charge!


    The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. Furthermore, if any unexpected or unreasonable damage occurs this will be covered. Any intentional damage or damage caused by unconventional use will not be covered.


    Please note that any cable sent out to you as a replacement will not be covered by this warranty.

  • Is this charger safe to use with my device?

    This charger delivers fast charging at an amperage level that is supported by your mobile device and will therefore not cause any damage. Pair this charger with a high-quality charging cable such as the Titan Smart Cable to provide the best combination for keeping your device safe.


  • Is this compatible with my device?

    Titan buds are compatible with all major brands including Android and Apple devices. With the Bluetooth V5.0 technology connect this to all of your everday devices including your PC, laptops and tablets.
