Shipping Times

How long will delivery take?
All shipments are traceable through the 'track order' page on our website. In light of Covid-19, we are experiencing both higher demand and unpredictable shipping behavior. Ultimately, we are also taking extra measures to ensure the utmost safety of our staff, our delivery drivers and customers. Please, therefore, expect the following shipping times. (It is unlikely your order will fall within the top end of this range)
- US Delivery: 5-10 Working Days
- UK/AU/NZ Delivery: 8-13 Working Days
- International Delivery: 11-34 Working Days
Note: These shipping times have recently been updated because we are no longer experiencing as heavy delays as a consequence of COVID and we have also introduced a new warehouse to reduce shipping times. You may have previously been quoted a longer time.

Why do I pay extra fees to my shipping company?
Once your order is processed we hand it over to the shipping company to ship internationally. In some very rare cases a country's shipping policies may vary and you may be charged an extra fee for the final delivery or the import tax. This is often due to having a shipping address in a highly remote area.

How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation notice, however, your tracking will not yet be available. After 2-3 days you will receive another email informing you that your order has reached the first checkpoint on its journey and the tracking is now live. By clicking the page called 'track orders' in the main menu you can then input your order number and email address to see the tracking information for your order. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email.

When will the tracking information appear?
Please note that you may have to wait 2-4 days for your tracking information to appear. The tracking information will only become active when your order reaches the first checkpoint on its Journey. When this checkpoint is reached, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.

Why is my shipment status unchanged?
If your order requires international shipping the tracking will not update for a while during the time your order passes overseas. This is the longest section of your package's journey. Once the package reaches your country the tracking information will update and you will receive your package quickly within a few days. Unfortunately, in some circumstances, your shipment may get delayed. This can be down to a number of reasons, such as extreme weather, customs checks or backlogs.

Tracking shows delivered, but order not received?
Our tracking system is controlled by the shipping company and so if they have updated the shipment as delivered to both of our best knowledge it has been delivered. However, the deliverer of the package may mark it ask delivered when it was instead left with a neighbour or other safe location. If you cannot immediately find the package, we recommend you check with your neighbours/ fellow house members/usual safe space. In the event that you are still unable to locate your parcel, the best practice is to contact your local post office and notify them of this instance and request a case number. If you can provide us with a valid case number we will be able to attempt to verify your order’s location or, if necessary, organise a replacement shipment on your behalf.

Where do you ship to?
Titan Power+ ships internationally from various warehouses. However, due to security reasons, we are unable to ship to any military areas. We will also restrict shipping to certain countries if we believe that delays are to be expected. Often this is temporary.

How are your orders shipped?
Our products are shipped worldwide by the mail service. Once your order is received, we will hand the product over to the shipping service. Once the product reaches your country, it will be handed over to your country's lead postal service. Please contact them first if you have not received your package. You can provide them with your tracking code found on the 'Track Order' page.

What prices do you offer for shipping?
Our shipping costs vary depending on the chosen product and shipping location. However, keep an eye out for special deals advertised on our site that offer free shipping. You can also choose to pay a small fee for priority insured shipping. This will cover you in case your goods are lost or damaged in transit. If we find this has happened, we will immediately send out a replacement.

How come my shipment arrived separately?
Our orders are fulfilled from a variety of warehouses. Therefore on a rare occasion, one item you've ordered may have been out of stock at your nearest warehouse. Therefore the item will be shipped from another warehouse and may take and may arrive a few days later.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment through Debit card, Credit card or VISA. Choose the most suitable option for yourself when you reach the check out screen. All order payments will be finally processed in US dollars USD at the optimum conversion rates specified by your card provider.

How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our product or collection pages by clicking on the relevant links in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Select any number of products and click 'Add To Cart'. Once you are ready to pay, click the cart symbol in the top right corner and click 'Checkout'. Finally, insert your payment information and click 'Pay Now' to complete your order.

What is my order number?
Your order number can be found on your confirmation email. This email is automatically sent immediately after you place your order. Search the word 'Titan' on the email you used to place your order, and your confirmation should pop up. In some rare cases, this may have been moved to your spam folder.
