Refund policy
Return window & condition
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

Email info@titanpowerplus.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with return instructions and an RMA.

Who pays return shipping
- Change of mind / wrong item ordered: Customer pays return postage.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item received: We cover reasonable return postage (prepaid label where available or reimbursement of standard postage once approved).
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exclusions & adjustments
- Returns received after 30 days from delivery aren’t eligible.
- Final-sale items clearly labeled as such and gift cards are non-returnable.
- If a return reduces your order below a free-gift or discount threshold, the gift must be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund.
- Items returned not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error) may be subject to a reasonable deduction.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange for a defective item? Tell us when you contact support—approved exchanges are processed under the Limited Warranty.
Order cancellations
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@titanpowerplus.com. Orders already shipped may be returned under this policy.
Lost in transit
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of shipment, contact us. After carrier investigation we will replace or refund.
