Titan Power+ Limited Warranty
Coverage period
Unless a different period is stated on the product page, Titan Power Plus products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
What's Covered?
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
What We'll Do
At our discretion, we will repair, replace with a new or refurbished unit of equal value, or refund the purchase price if a defect arises during the warranty period.
What's not covered
Wear and tear; cosmetic damage; misuse/abuse; accidents; liquid damage; damage from incorrect power, cables or adapters; unauthorized modifications or repairs; lost or stolen items; damage occurring after the warranty period.
Note: Any replacement provided under this warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
How to Make a Claim

Email info@titanpowerplus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/video showing the defect.

Do not ship your product until you receive return instructions and an RMA reference from us.

Once approved, follow the return instructions to complete your claim.
Shipping on Warranty Claims

If we ask you to return the item for evaluation, we’ll provide a prepaid label for domestic orders only

We cover the shipping of any replacement or repaired unit back to you.
Warranty on Replacements
Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer
Other Terms
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by country/state. Except as required by law, Titan Power Plus is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
